USTraveled thru Beckley made a quick stop. Very good location. very big parking lot for our semi. Andrea checked us in , she was great and very friendly. The room she showed us was very nice. Rooms very clean. Loved the dรฉcor in the lobby. We tried out the hot tub and it was very nice and hot. Breakfast could of had a few more options, but overall was great. Would recommend this hotel for a good night stay. I would give it a 10/10

The pool was cold and no washer or dryer to wash clothes, the hot tub was down again all week while we were their.
USI liked the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was ok. There were some food options to choose from such as cold cereal, muffins, mini chicken biscuits or waffles, and yogurt. The linens and furniture were clean . The carpet was nice.
After swimming, I decided to turn off the air conditioning unit and noticed there was mold growing in the vents and the air conditioner was dirty. Also there was corrosion near the grab bar in the bathtub. The shower curtain was torn. The door hinges were rusty. The grout near the bottom of the tub was dirty. The window sill was dirty. I stayed in the room adjacent to the pool area. I could hear people talking and laughing until pool closure which was at 11pm.
USTerrible experience. First room reeked of cigarette smoke even though itโs supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, next room had multiple stains and cigarette burns on the blankets and sheets, and the cereal dispenser labeled as regular Cheerios had Honey Nut Cheerios in it.
USIt was economical and filled the bill for an overnight. It was convenient to other restaurants and the highway
