Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Burlington

Had to be in town for a full day in Burlington. Stayed here rather than commute home (about 1 h). Excellent decision. Affordable and close by. Very nice staff.

Some noisy late night returning guests. Nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The entire front desk staff were rude from check in to checkout. We reserved 13 rooms and were treated as if staying there was an issue for them. They refused to let anyone use the bathroom unless you went to your room. Parking was horrible, moving trucks parked side ways Tami g up 4-5 parking spots and management refused to have them move. This caused some guest to park at the Harley Davidson dealership or the 7 eleven. They threatened to charge anyone if the amount of towels, wash clothes weren’t the same each day. They cleaned the room. I travel over 200 days a year and this staff was y far the rudest and unhelpful. This includes the manager. We we were made to feel as a burden to the staff

Breakfast is lacking. Could be much better. The mattress should be thrown out. Completely worn out, no support, dents like someone died there.
