The bed was great

Continental breakfast was not very good

Only get threw one door had walk all way around building in the snow

The room was clean

My relative arrived before we did. They would not let her check in as we were paying for her room, nor would they accept our credit card by phone. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where I was required to pay for the reservation on arrival. We asked for rooms near one another which was not honored. Room was not cleaned one day even with reminder. We returned to the hotel at 1 pm one day and found all the towels missing even though the room had not been cleaned and was told that towels are removed by a seperate person who was not responsible for replacing them. Breakfast was very limited, basically Cheerio’s milk, store bought bread ,jelly and peanut butter. We went out for breakfast each day. Staff was totally indifferent

Location was safe. Rooms were clean and comfy. Close to amenities. Easy to get to.

Nothing

The stuff was friendly and supportive.

It is kind of old.
