Let the front desk know the faucet in our bathroom was broken and the guy at the front desk couldn't be bothered to even act like he cares. Not a giant inconvenience but at least acknowledge the complaint. Do better sir!

Great location just off the freeway and not far from downtown. A very basic but purposeful breakfast selection for visitors on the go. Easy and great parking.

The heat/AC in the the room was very noisy. The front desk staff did not seem personable.

Eerything was great! The entire hotel is very clean and modern. It's also very secure. We showed ID before we could enter and check in. Then we used our room key for hotel access. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room price is excellent, especially for extended stays.

The included breakfast could have more variety and more hot foods. The room price makes this negligible. The bathrooms in handicap accessible rooms are large and easy to navigate in a wheelchair, however, they need a vanity at the sink. There is little room to to set a toothbrush and toiletries. The provided shower chair is short and needs to be adjustable for height. The chair is a tight fit in the bathtub. A walk in shower is preferable to the disabled.community.

Comfortable beds, 24 hr coffee machine.

Our room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival, the whole 2nd floor reeked of tobacco & marijuana smell. We were charged a smoking fee after checking out & never got a deposit back, We don’t smoke in hotel rooms… even if they have smoking rooms we always prefer non smoking. I won’t be back. Also felt very prejudice vibes from an older white male at the front desk.
