Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston/Webster/Nasa/Clearlake

Was very easy check-in and had no issues with my room. The low price was accommodating, thanks and will definitely be looking forward to future stays.

Like that it was clean and close to Houston Space Center

I didn't like that the bottom floor was small and smelt like cigarettes when we walked in our room.

Pricing was good, staff was kind, quite and safe

Elevator down, breakfast was more for a kids.

The staff and the location. It is in a good location. Lots of places around to get food and drinks. The staff were approachable too, but I guess there was little they could do to salvage the situation.

Nothing was working. The elevator was bad, the breakfast was scanty, the ice machine was broken, and the juice machine was broken. The seat in the room had stains. There were roaches on the floor.

Well my room tv did work and we couldn’t adjust the AC so it kept turning off after while . And the elevators didn’t work either.

This property was very poorly maintained, it smelled very badly in common areas, the air in the common areas was set on 81 so it was muggy. The hotel seemed very sketchy. The "Free Breakfast" was toast, yogurt, and waffles! Just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

It's been over thirty years since I last went to Houston, TX so I was pretty excited to be going with my son, his wife and my three grandchildren.  As soon as we arrived we noticed only two cars parked in the parking lot. As we entered the hotel the lobby was hot because the AC was broken. We wanted to turn around and leave but we knew it was too late to cancel so we had no choice but to stay there.  We checked in and after we paid, the front person at the counter then told us that the elevators were not working either. We immediately left to go to Meow Wolf Houston because we had tickets and we didn't want to arrive late.  That evening when we arrived back at the hotel  we noticed the room had mold and was very smelly. The next morning we got up for breakfast.  Again the lobby was hot with no AC at all.  The food was horrible. The only choices were cold cereal or waffles.. The milk and the orange juice were in large pitchers and waterdown that had no taste to it.   I informed the front person we could not stay another day but he refused to cooperate with the Booking.com representative that was on the phone with me stating to the Booking .com rep they have no access to email and that they only do business through the phone.  We still decided to leave because we could not stay due to the horrible conditions of this hotel.   However, the next day to my surprise I did receive a paid receipt for that Friday stay from the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham through email.

All the plumbing fixtures need attention. Loose or not working well, the toilet had to be be flashed by pulling off the top and releasing the water The elevator stopped working. There was no staff at the front desk

Premises need some improvement! Toilet was not firm, beds smell funny and a roach came out of the microwave after being used!
