Good service clean comfortable beds older building needs some bathroom renovations bathroom toilet loose door does not close well door knob screws loose

Good price and had basic amenities for one night stay, but was very dingy and had a mildew smell. I think the room was clean, but was lacking in upkeep such as old, dirty caulking in the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling, dirty phone and a mildew odor. Seems like little things that could be easily improved.

Location for the space centre was perfect

First room toilet was non functional, they switched me to a room where I had to plunge the toilet after every use(and forced me to do it), the room smelled like cigarettes, I requested more towels and they made me deliver the old towels to get new ones(only gave me 2 towels for a 3 night stay to start), the tv was broken and I told them and they just brushed me off, the staff was rude, and they have their entire family living in the hotel and they make noise all night. I got an approval for a late check out then they were banging on my door and told me I had to leave even though I had an email confirmation for the late check out(only 1 hour after normal check out anyway). Stay at Sonesta they have good customer service, cleaner rooms, and are the same price basically.

I rented an accessible room, when I got there the hotel informed me that I had not rented an accessible room, but I have a print out saying I had an accessible room , was to late to rebook another hotel so I had to stay in a non accessible room, hotel is run down needs to be updated, breakfast is horrible, if there is a problem, the staff at the front desk act like they don't understand you
