Dirty, room not cleaned old food from previous guests. Rooms missing items and the property does not have extras. 1 towel for a double room. Waste of money and points. Entire hotel smelled of stale cigarettes and weed. Tons of noise all night

I didn't like anything. Do not stay in this hotel. They say no smoking however they allow you to smoke weed in rooms be ause weed is allowed. The whole place rinnkwd of weed, rooms, hallway, elevators, outside. People hang outside to drink and smoke weed. For sure not goid place to stay with children.

I was extremely disappointed by our stay here. The beds had hair on the sheets/pillows. There was some brown substance on the ceiling part of shower. There were cigarette burn marks on sheets and on the side of the bathtub. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. Furthermore, the towels were dirty and I found what looked like dead fleas on the towels. The only reason we didn’t leave is because we had to be up super early for an event and weren’t sure if we could secure a hotel elsewhere for the remainder of the night.

Starting with the front entrance, assign leads, no smoking within 15 feet… However, right outside the door, stands a circle of people smoking. The scent of cigarette smoke fills the entire hotel, from lobby, kitchen, elevator, and yes… Even the room. The front desk made a point to inform me that there is a no smoking policy in and around the hotel, but the way that my small queen bedroom, hotel room reeked of cigarettes, you’d think that they have their daily smoke breaks in that room. Not to mention all of the cigarette burns all over the tub, something I just honestly can’t fathom. The sink is pretty in the bathroom, but it is the least useful thing I have ever experienced. There was no point where the sink being on did not mean you weren’t being covered in water because of the terrible way that it was designed. I made the unfortunate mistake of taking a shower during my stay, and I looked up at the ceiling of the shower where I saw a layer of pubes. A layer may be an exaggeration, but more than one pub is too many pubes, and there were definitely more than I could count on both hands. My husband checked for bedbugs, and thank God that was clean, but every moment of being in that hotel room left a deep stain on my soul, as well as tracked back the disgusting scent of cigarettes to my home since I brought anything into that hotel room with me. Service was all right at the front desk, not great not bad. Overall, I wouldn’t go back. Disgusting

Toilet and mattresses were dirty. Had to switch rooms do to this. Staff was friendly.

Great staff. Easy parking. Free Breakfast. Clean rooms.

Microtel is one of my favorite places to stay. They have the most friendliest staff of any other hotel.

Overall the room was good and spacious. Didnt feel cluttered or cramped. The free breakfast felt more like a snack station. Super basic morning snacks.

They didnt even let me check in

The lobby looks like a storage room instead of a lobby. The people who work in the reception are in a cage window. The breakfast offered very poor and there are not tables or chairs to have your coffee. You have to take it to your room, because the lobby and breakfast aria are used for storing. I need one bed but I have 2 beds in the room, makes the room very crowded. The mattresses was old you can feel the springs. Was advised on check-in to pay the deposit in cash for quick return. On the morning of my checkout, the receptionist went to the room to check if everything is in order before the refund of the deposit. Took longer to return. My taxi arrived and left without it. We talked over the phone on my way to the airport and told her to put it on my card since they have my card information, but was told to pick it up in person.
