Stay away!! I never leave reviews but I need to warn others! Terrible area...im so thankful our car was there in mornings when we woke up! Room was disgusting floors havent been vacuumed in atleast a month and i wish i was exaggerating! AC cycled on and off every 10 minutes and was told nothing could be done and then cherry on top was a family above was stomping and jumping until 2am! When i told lady downstairs she said she would call and let them know they had noise complaint....only to find out she definitely knew them cause she called on spot from her personal phone and acted like she was talking to her friend! Brekfast? HA basically white bread and mini muffins just sitting on a plate out in the open! THANK GOD we only needed to stay one night but that was still to long! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Property is many levels below WYNDHAM standards: smell on hallways, stoppers missing on sink/tub, stains on bathroom, etc

Place is amazing if your looking to bend your (at the time) girlfriend Amber over every 1- 179degree angle in the room, heck on the property.. it's all fair game. Plenty of spots to get ya bootycheeks ate out in too with privacy and spots you can be more voyeuristic with (stairwells). The only problem being with this place would be the long term "'nuisances", be careful cause some may be ex-nuisances, the kinds that will try to carry your at the time s/o off into the cracks in the end of the hallways. Other than that minor flag. It's all good. Harbor Freight, Home Depot, and Northern Tool all within 5 minute walk(plenty of spots to go cry at while your life spirals out of control) Tokyo Express(II? I THINK) right past the Northern tool is delicious, the Flaming Grill and Buffet is also amazing. Again, ALMOST TOO MANY spots to absolutely dog your subsloot partner out at. Just yk. When you go to cry in solitude after (as you do)... make sure you keep an eye open..not hers.. hers are covered in gravy.

The staff was very friendly. However the "Free breakfast" left A LOT to be desired. The cereal was stale and the juice was warm. The Lobby entry smelled CONSTANTLY of weed. Fortunately the room did not. Comfortable and fairly quiet. Good location to get into Charlotte, but far enough away from a regular store to be a pain.

One of the worst hotels I have been to. The room was dirty, stank of cigarettes, had multiple holes in the walls and doors, and had a hard, uncomfortable bed. I had to rinse the shower before using it. It hadn’t been deep cleaned (ever?), or vacuumed. We got pulled over by a cop who saw us leave the parking lot, and when he realized he had no reason to pull us over, he asked if we were staying at the hotel and told us to “lock our doors, it’s a sketchy place”.

The management and housekeeping personnel are second to none. I always feel like I'm staying with family here. Thank you so much for the care and attention you guys show. I have and will continue to share with my family and friends this place.

The room look like it had a few upgrades. All but the bed and maybe the pillows. Very clean. Customer service in the evening when we checked in couldn’t tell me what the $50 deposit was for. Just that that’s what they do. The girl in the morning as we checked out was very amenable.
