"will sleep at airport before this again!"

we got two rooms in an emergency flight cancelled situation bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean desk clerk was able to provide 3 dental kits as ours was at the airport

shuttle driver should NOT have been driving - was all over the road and kept talking on handheld phone desk clerk could not find our reservation under my name and ID till i pulled out my confirmation number lobby was abysmal, dirty, and dingy - not in the least bit welcoming hall carpets were full of runs and holes as well as filthy - need to be replaced room was seemingly clean (sheets, towels, and bathroom) but the floor needed cleaning AND there were weird mirrors everywhere - behind both beds and at the foot of the bed. i did not feel safe from prying eyes behind those mirrors so i did not get up out of bed, for the 6.5 hours there, unless fully covered. felt like a horror/porn movie could be filmed there - not cool!
