This hotel is disgusting and unsafe. Do NOT stay here. I feared for my safety every night, starting when I got to my room and noticed the door had clearly been broken into multiple times. This hotel is a cesspool and should be shut down and condemned. DO NOT stay here, no matter how much money you save or how the photos look.

Room very clean and staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Don't let the look of interior carpets deter you (they look pretty bad); the room was clean (if small) and lived up to the expectations I have for Microtel. My only minor complaints are that there was no microwave in the room (but there was a minifridge) and the breakfast selection was pretty minimal. Shuttle available to/from airport (although the service did not inspire confidence--driver got easily distracted), and you are very close to a SEPTA bus stop--you can bus to the airport and catch a train into the city, or take the bus all the way into town, takes about 30 minutes.

Our room was dirty but not as dirty as the hallway. The men at front desk were rude. We were told there was someone at front desk 24/7. However we were in room 315 and people in 313 started having a fight at 1 am. Needless to say I tried calling the front desk from 1:30 am until after 2am. No one answered. So I finally called the police. They came out and noise stopped about 4:30am. My daughter was in room 334 and she checked out later than we did. She told the front desk of our situation and was told it was 2 gay guys in the room next to ours. As if that was the reason for them fighting. Our room was dirty rug had never been shampooed and the hallway was even worse. I never went to the weight room or pool because who knew what bacteria was in there. Then we were quoted a price of $564.68 for 4 nights. That figure included $150.00 deposit to be reimbursed on our check out. We checked out at 3:30 am a day early and I was told they charged me for supposedly 3nights $458.95. But never was reimbursed the $150.00 deposit. That should be sent back to my credit card. I think I should only be charged for 2 nights not 3 since of the situation with the noise, the filth and rudeness as well as checking out at 3:30 am. We had to pay extra to change our flight of $202.00 to change our flight. Also all the rooms by us were smoke free however the smell of weed was very strong in the hallway. No one seemed to care about that.
