"I ended up leaving and requesting a refund( still waiting for refund) very dirty facility and rooms!"

"I don'T cuss"

pool was closed .we were traveling with young nephew who sept in car all day and needed to burn off energy . hot tub was open with maybe two feet of water , our room curtain was nailed open ,lots of outside light. bed smelled like urine and cigarettes

every thing they turned on the lights and began making breakfast at 6:05 when I asked about the pool the host said "you can cancel and look somewhere else ."just what I wanted to do after 8 hours of driving . iy was Friday night

THe breakfast was good just not enough-many people were using the facilities due to state track.

We had to leave early (by 9 a.m.) and wanted to shorten our stay/by day and night, but was not able to get refunded.

"Manager told me he would give me 50% discount and I got charged the whole amount!"

Comfortable bed

The breakfast was bad undercooked they ran out of everything before 9 and staff wasn’t around to put more the pool was very dirty and didn’t tell me it was closed the hot tub was open but had ALOT of bleach the receptionist was nice but not helpful when I asked questions I got over charged my deposit twice! I like comfort in but I would never stay at this location ever again

"Very disappointed"

Location was good.

Pool looked like a pond. Green and horrible. The hallway was dirty and hot. This hotel is far from what it used to be. Paid almost $300 for 2 nights and was beyond disappointed! Never again!
