Bedbugs found in bed on the second night. Wasn't refunded any of my money.

They stated sign up through a third-party cause it’s easiest to get your reward points and then I check out and they say the reward points can’t apply because it was signed up through a third-party so they gave me advice and then a different person told me it was wrong

Breakfast wasnt bad.pool was warm and fun.good location and parking.

Hot tub wasnt hott just cold. Hairs on the bed sheets and comforter. Door was broke never shut behind us always had to push or pull it shut. Top lock on inside was broke as well. Shower/bathroom had really low water pressure and light wSnt bright at all was super dark in there. Side lamp on side closest to door flickered on n off the whole time it was on so we kept it off. No juice both days for breakfast.
