I booked online a couple days before my stay when me an my family arrived guy gave us the wrong room this is my second time staying at this location each time the workers gave us wrong room , me and my family had to wait on a room to be ready the window in the room was open mind you me an my family was on the forth floor if my teenager wasn’t aware my 3 year old would of been in a dangerous situation room service never came the days me and my family stayed or took out trash or gave us clean towels The carpet was lifting and the wall was peeling toilet had rust and water leaking, overall the room size is decent and location is right by everything

Honestly not much

They game me single bed when I asked for Double a month in advance. Had so sleep on floor first night so my daughter had a bed. Second night I got moved to better rom

Didn’t have room reserved upon check in even though I had room confirmation and had already paid for room. I was told that I should have called the day before arrival to confirm room. Our room was rented to someone else just because we were late check-ins. Broken furniture in room. Shower head not attached to wall. Ceiling tiles in bathroom about to fall down. Curtains missing in room. Limited breakfast choices. Outside of front door smelled like cat urine. I will NEVER stay here again. Front desk staff very rude

The property claimed not to have the room we booked. I had to show them the booking at the front desk twice before they accommodated us in a similar room, but still not the room we booked.

All amenities were great.

Check in clerk was very polite

Mold in shower, dirt on bathroom floor, dirty carpet, toilet seat very loose, 12 inch by 5 inch hole in carpet by bathroom door , no remote for TV in the room we would have had to change rooms to watch TV but we had already unpacked. Elevator floor and hallway carpet dirty aswell. Didn't dare want to eat free breakfast not knowing what the kitchen might look like if rooms were so dirty. We will never stay there again.
