Citywest Hotel

Bedrooms very clean, staff very friendly. The breakfast included was tasty and great choice. Only big downfall is that food and drink, especially minerals were very expensive

Reception staff were fabulous! So helpful and friendly! A lot of very young waiting staff in Bar area! Manners in abundance especially a young dark haired teenage chap! Remarkable manners! Bit noisey with due to a few large events going on the only thing I found unpleasant was a security firm who intimidated a chap until he became loud an abusive! I was unpleasant to watch and only made the northern accented bouncer look bad instead of the intoxicated chap they were trying to evict! Handled very poorly!

It was a one night stay in a very busy hotel, our room was next to the lift which craeted a constant hum/ vibration in the bedroom. Bath towel was dirty and I struggled to find a clean bowl at breakfast.

Great hotel and location. Spacious room and great food choices

First off all we put in requests for a room an the girl told us that nobody seen the requests when booking us in at recpetion.. so we were put on the weston wing wish is ment to be the quite wing ... it was the noisest room we ever stayed in we were right besides the lifts could here people coming an going all night..we were outside smoking our vapes under the cannopy well to the left of the front door a staff member came over very aggresvily told us that to stop beccause they smelt funny 50 minutes later down stairs asked a member of securtiy were the vending machine was as removed from our floor as week book this hotel once a week on a regualr basis .. the security guy nicely told us to go to the 3rd floor that there was one on that floor so we go to the lift step in press level 3 an another member of security aggresvily comes in the lift stopping the door from closeing ...were ares yous going??? we told him were we were going were his college advised us there was a vending machince he aggresvily started telling us we werent going any were an that whats your room number i goning to get yous kicked out .. at this point the meber of security stepped in that had told us we could go to the vending machince stepped in an put his hand on his colleagues chest an said its ok man there going the vending machince leave them alone we were in utter shock to be honest the security guy that was very aggressive seemd to be on drugs his eyes were wierd an he was very in your face

I booked a family room for space and so I could sleep in a double bed, and my daughter could have her own bed as she has ASD, but no family room available for us. We were first put in a double room, then When I requested a move we were moved to a room with two single beds. My daughter was distressed at this stage. All at a price of €145 plus breakfast for one night - very disappointing

We ate in the bar our food arrived almost immediately it was reheated and very poor quality very disappointed with it

The room we stayed in was in a very noisy area so myself and my daughter didnt sleep well and we had to be up early as she was dancing at 8am.

We had dinner in the bar, the food was absolutely dreadful. If we were not so pressed for time and hungry we would have left without eating it.

Love this hotel just perfect
