Fabulous comfy room, loads of space in room. Amazing choice at breakfast. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. Bar prices pretty reasonable too, bar food menu is awesome.

We had booked through hotels.com and they couldn’t find our booking when we checked in. Took an hour to get a room - very stressful as hotel was fully booked and we needed to be there for a dance competition

From you walked in the door til you left again you felt treated really well. Nothing was too much trouble. Food is fabulous especially the Asian. I will be back again

The staff where great and the room was good with a lovely leisure centre. We where disappointed that the only room service after 9 on was from the main restaurant as we had a 7 year old boy with us and the menu had nothing for him. We ended up having to order Domino's to get dinner. Over all it was a good stay though

I have used the premises for a weekend visit on business to Dublin. even though it is on the outskirts, a- if you have a rented vehicle b- if you want to go to the city centre it is great with LUAS and main road networks in the vicinity/ This is a fascinating venue, let down by the limitations of the conversion from the old building. Loads of corridors to go through and ongoing renovations do not help. I am sure they are going through regular checks for fire and safety assurance but it was a bit worrying to see that I had to go through several corridors before I could get to the nearest fire escape (Not that I needed to but it is a professional deficiency I have:). Check-in and check-out was hassle free and very quick. I paid upfront so I just dropped the card and walked away like in many smaller chain hotels. My visitors could not have anything to eat because the bar was too busy and there we no spaces. We were not told about alternative arrangements (whether we could eat at an other restaurant etc.). Ground are breathtaking and if you have the time it is lovely. The link / interaction between fitness center and hotel was not made clear and I did not ask. I do not know if hotel guests can use the gym but it would be nice to use it if not. Staff was as you'd expect from any similar hotel, helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Good choice and high quality.

It is a very large hotel and all the staff were efficient and charming, however unfortunately guests arriving back noisy and drunk to their rooms at 03:30 rather detracted from our rest. Plenty of toiletries in bathroom and it was spotless. Breakfast was good as was the service. Good luck with your fellow guests!!

We'd booked a superior king room for a two night stay... The only thing that fit in the room was the bed. The room was pokey and old fashioned, and unlike what the photos on the website promised. The windows hadn't been cleaned, and there was a thick layer of dust and grime on the windowsill and glass. The view was also of the smoking hut used by staff, which had a big 'no smoking' sign on the wall. The room was freezing cold on our arrival, which I really wasn't impressed with, given it was a 2°C December afternoon. The tiny TV attached high on the wall was an old plasma screen, so unless you were standing up to watch it, the programme was displayed in negative and everyone had blue teeth and green hair. The angle couldn't be adjusted either, so just a basic lack of common sense to whoever had installed it, which was quite frankly unsurprising. The bathroom was slightly better, it was spacious, however there was black mould in the shower and the jet pumps in the bath didn't work, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly in a long, long time. The room warmed quickly once we'd actually turned the heating on for our stay. Plenty of hot water, but a lack of fans in the bathroom meant that it steamed up very quickly. Could do better, especially considering we had stayed there a year previously to attend a concert, the room was twice the size, it was clean and spacious and we had no complaints at that time. Poor show, Citywest.

Really nice welcome at reception on arrival. Comfortable clean hotel.

Clean modern rooms, very efficient breakfast service for such a large hotel.
