Very pleasant and helpful staff, however room in need of a refresh (very dated), more than normally acceptable amount of mould in the shower, cold shower, rubbish in the corridors and room temperature was too warm (is controlled centrally rather than from the room) and no fridge / mini bar in the room. Not 4 star.

Efficiency during check in , check out , and food service . Super quiet even though hotel was sold out . Leisure center and huge convention center is a huge plus. Walking distance to tram is also very helpful.
