Citywest Hotel

As always stay at citywest was outstanding....

Got a family room which was a bargain, went swimming, got a haircut in the resort, Got a thai meal from the Lemongras which was amazing. All in all a great spot for the night.

Clean ,staff great food was good and reasonnly priced will be back had great weekend 😃😃😃👌

Everything was perfect ,staff were very nice and friendly and helpful .the hotel grounds were very nice and private .beautiful scenery and beautiful experience

Just great property... I dont like because in room no mini fridge!

got assigned a room right at the end of the building...miles to walk. Got into the room and the fan in the ceiling was just incredibly noisy. So phoned to say about it and to change rooms, they said OK, I waited 10-15 min...no action, phoned again, another 5 minutes, phoned again then gave up and walked all the way back to the front desk to be told "some-one was on the way...I just walked the only route available and passed no-one. I was then assigned a new room in the other wing, again almost at the very end. No apology, no rush to correct, no real care. I am very disappointed as I use City West a lot and thought it was a good hotel. I always say you can tell the quality of a hotel when something goes wrong. The good hotels fix it straightaway without delay and by making you think they really care. Could not be more different in this example....to top it off the bath was left with the shower head in position...so immediately sprayed all over my trousers when I turned it on. Otherwise, clean, good facilities and good breakfast. just really let down with what should have been a minor issue.

Rooms dark and tied need freshening up. Breakfast not the greatest. But overall it was an OK experience.

My mother and I stayed here after coming from our holiday and marathon in Marrakech. I decided to book the Citywest as our flight returned late into Dublin and also I wished to go to the Manufacturing Conference the following day. We were booking into a massive room with two double beds, It was ideal for our needs.

Very comfortable leisure facilities ex and fab breakfast overall no negatives great break 🙂
