Citywest Hotel

Our room wasn’t ready until 3.40pm. We also had about a miles walk to the room with bins being emptied outside from 7am! We have stayed other times and loved it.

Noisy overnight

Excellent location, superb staff willing to help no matter what the issues were. Food was to die for & value for money.

Very disappointed that bar didn’t serve food. We had to eat in main restaurant and this made it very expensive for a family stay.

Very nice hotel with easy links into Dublin anx beyond. Very strange policy on allowing child guests to only use the pool between 09.00 and 17.45. One of the reasons we booked here was to use the pool before or after a days sightseeing. The policy meant we never made it into the pool at all. We will be looking for another pool equipped hotel next time.

This hotel is huge! Decent rooms and very comfortable but it is a bit of a zoo inside. Note the swimming pool closes very early in the evening so I was unable to use it when I arrived at 7pm

Staff in restaurant went beyond their duty to serve us on Saturday evening. Breakfast staff were brilliant especially a one lady Kate ? on Sunday morning

Their was a blood stain on our bed sheets and i was honestly horrified. I had had a long day so myself and my partner decided to call it a night and just sleep but i ended up sleeping on the very edge of the bed. The window had some sort of issue too that whenever it was shut there was a very loud and irritating whistling noise. my partner has autism so he during the night the noise woke up him and he had to sleep with ear defenders on. i didn’t get much sleep at all. the mattress was hard and there was stains all over the wooden table in the room too. overall not a good stay at all and i’m very disappointed. the woman who checked me in was wonderful though and very understanding when i told her about all of these issues when checking out.
