Great hotel, friendly staff, comfy bed, great food

Room was sensational, amazing shower, bed was comfortble. Wifi was a little hit and miss but place was outstanding. Food a little expensive 17€ a meal for standard pub grub but an excellent place

I've stayed here previously on numerous occasions & always enjoyed it, but I must admit that it's looking really clean & fresh as it has had a makeover. Food is excellent no matter what restaurant you eat in.

The hotel was fabulous no complaints there but one of the breakfast chefs was very rude to me and highly embarrassed me in front of other customers. She was very abrupt and a very sharp tongue , i would stay there again but i definitely would not have my breakfast in the hotel

Very disappointing as it's gone downhill in the past few years. Bar food was more like fast food or burger joint and had to wait 25 minutes after ordering i On second night . Selection of draught beer is very poor , No carlsberg, tennants or other popular brands such as bulmers. Very high prices for both food and drink for the quality offered and presented

Absolutly fabulous hotel, warm,clean,extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Spectacular room And beautiful food..the buffet breakfast has something for everyone huge choice!! Over all this hotel is amazing and I highly recommend it ! I can’t wait for another stay!!

Our stay was not great we got no sleep due the the noise from other guests and there behavior but when I complained the manager was very nice and very helpful I will be using this hotel again as it was not the fault of the hotel that our stay was so bad it was down to the other guests. Our rooms were very clean and spacious

ive been here 7 times now and this year was by far the worst ever no entertainment or nothing for kids and fights on all landings and in doorways disgraceful poor kids were terrified, place was over run by travellers
