The staff was very kind

Filthy. The floors not vacuumed or clean hair on the floors in the bathroom broken furniture. It mentioned that the fitness center would be under construction, but the entire pool was under construction and the entire building was under construction. Construction workers were smoking and the one area where I could sit and work the breakfast room, wreaked of cigarette smoke. Sheetz were on inside out not sure if they were cleaned or just flipped. I didn’t let my children bathe in the tub and didn’t want them on the floor. There was a hole in the wall, furniture was broken drawers wouldn’t stay closed. If my husband and dog wasn’t with us I would have not stayed.

It was under construction. The pool was closed. They never cleaned or changed the towels.

Close to highway, reasonable price

Under construction our room still need updating. Construction material around reception area. Had to go up a few stairs to elevator

The smoke alarm was covered with a paper bag.Which is a fire hazard. I don't like to ask for refunds but I think in that case something should have been offered when I showed it to the manager.

Nothing I never saw the property. They sold my room even though I messaged them days in advance that I would be arriving late.

Clean and modern The lobby is great for dinner and drinks

I wish they had breakfast The parking is extra charge
