Great position. Lovely views and beach access. Nice, quiet space with unique decor and luxury at every turn. Very comfortable, special rooms with many delightful little extras. Ideal for relaxing and taking time for yourself. We really enjoyed morning classes and spa treatments. Clean environment with regular attention to our space. Good value for money. Loved bike rides and relaxing pools. Restaurant was pleasant and food was enjoyable. Thank you to the helpful and accommodating staff. We would certainly consider a return trip in future.

We have never experienced such care and attentiveness before. The staff at the Reef House are incredible, super pro active in ensuring we had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Special mention for Cedric, who sent us regularly texts wishing us a very happy anniversary and to ensure we had everything we needed each day to enjoy our stay. The care and attention you receive at Reef House is second to none. They do everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Great having the two pools with different temperature options.

The Reef House is the best places to stay in Palm Cove. From the moment I arrived to the morning of my departure I was looked after and made to feel very welcome and special by the wonderful friendly staff. Loved the adults only aspect of the hotel as it was a relaxing stay with two pools, and excellent poolside food and drink service. There was always plenty of lounges and lots of towels available. The breakfast included in my package was divine with loads of choices, including freshly squeezes juice and coffee. The wonderful Barista made excellent coffee and she always remembered my order every morning All the inclusions were amazing, an incredible seafood platter, bottle of sparking wine in fridge on arrival, canapés and punch in the evening, sorbet around the pool in the afternoons, cocktail and wine appreciation classes, spa treatments and a free hat and drink bottle. Also the excellent communication couple of days before by arrival and during was stay was appreciated, so I highly recommend The Reef House and I will definitely return next year.

We enjoyed Qantas short break deal 4 nights at the beautiful Reef House Palm Cove far North Queensland. Fabulous location, beautiful ,cool (room temperature) overlooking the pool.I have never been anywhere in Australia where all staff have been so cheerful, professional and kind. The food and restaurant service was exceptional. We were blown away by the inclusions eg a seafood platter for 2, canapes and punch @ 5, cocktail and wine appreciation classes, spa treatments, bikes. Amazing experience,even in the off peak season.

What a relaxing stay we had. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything we needed at our fingertips. Loved the adults only aspect of the hotel so it was a tranquil stay with two pools, poolside food and drink service and plenty of lounges. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
