Walkable, but forgettable, happy with parking, staff very helpful.

Great location and friendly staff. Large comfortable room with a nice balcony and view of the National Art Gallery.

The balcony location was excellent, despite the street noise.

Nice property just few steps away from major city attractions. The room was specious and had nice balcony where we enjoyed having some sparkling wine from Parma. It would be more enjoyable if the room had some glassware and not only plastic cups.

Front desk was very rude. No help with bags. Getting towels was a problem. Asked for a suggestion for dinner sent us to a tourist trap.

The bar staff was not accommodating at all. We wanted a cork screw (there should have been one in the room). The bar staff insisted we bring the bottle down from our room down to the bar for him to open it.

The hotel is lovely and in a great location 10 mins walk from station and near key sites, gallery, churches and the Duomo. Large bedroom and bathroom. Less than ideal was that the only plug for the kettle was under a table and accessible only by clambering under the table on hands and knees.

Very good location. So quiet and restful. Very nice desk staff.

Great location from the train station and to the heart of Parma. AC and WiFi worked extremely well. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Parking is available if you arrange in advance (14E/day). Breakfast is amazing--practically every kind of breakfast you can imagine--cereals, breads, cakes, eggs, meats and cheeses, fruit and vegetables. There was much more good food than we could try in 5 days! Room was large and very comfortable with a seating area and desk. Free Wifi.
