L'amabilité du personnel, très serviable et efficace. Le petit déjeuner, de bonne qualité, généreux et authentique. Patio agréable et bien aménagé. L'emplacement, proche de la Tour Hassan et de la medina, peu éloigné de la Casbah des Oudayas.

Pas grand chose : chambre un peu petite, boutons des ascenseurs un peu dur à faire fonctionner.

When I arrived, staff informed me that the hotel was overbooked. I had booked months in advance, had travelled from far away, and specifically booked this hotel to be close to a conference venue. The staff told me they could book me in to another hotel, for one night, in Agdal - a different part of Rabat, far away from my conference. Eventually, they found a hotel closer by and I ended up staying there for one night and then staying in this hotel.
