The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that the rooms were clean, and I loved the decor. We found the location to be perfect for visiting everything we wanted to see downtown. The lobby looked like a nice place to hang out, even though we did not get a chance to do that.

Incredible service and attention to detail! Beautifully remodeled, with a lovely sitting area and pool table room. Perfect mix of vintage and new. Malakai made our trip exceptional with his spirit, assistance, and above & beyond attitude.

The furnishings were very nice and artful. The hotel was within easy walking distance of a mall, which included Nordstrom's, and several eating places were close by then. The room was very clean.

Check in was problematic because the rooms weren't ready for some time. The front desk staff were a bit stressed out over this and were on the defensive even though we weren't pressing hard. We went to supper and had to wait for a bit longer. We were given a $50 food and beverage credit, which we used the next morning for breakfast. That was a great service recovery benefit.

Cute boutique style hotel but with the excellence that the Davenport line is known for.

I was deceived by the pictures online . Was bad experience

The location is beautiful and a quite convenient walk to many things. The hotel itself is cute, with clear attempts at a consistent theme. Unfortunately, where I must make a negative note - our bathroom had many spots of blood, none of it ours. We complained once, and then twice, and nothing was done. What is more upsetting, we have tried to get in contact with management 3 times (happy to show record) with no reply. I understand it is a new property but wayward bodily fluids feel beyond any level of normalcy.
