"Nope - Would not recommend"

The staff was straight-up rude because we showed up late ? We checked the check-in times and it was mentioned 2pm onward. We also called ahead and mentioned we would be coming late. The rooms were okayish, the washrooms were a dirty and a little smelly. The AC didn't work and it was hot all night. I also felt the place was a little unsafe for my car. I would not recommend booking this place :(

"Great value... Great Location... Clean and Comfortable"

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot clean showers after long days outside were great.

The female Mgr was very rude and acted very put out each time we needed help getting back into our room. The keys continued to not work because the lock was broken so we needed help daily

"Clean but needs work"

Room, towels & linens were very clean & smelled nice, bed was comfortable, good hot water

Room #205: daylight was visible around the edges of the door, needs new weatherstripping & bottom sweep/seal. Shower curtain rod (the trendy curved kind) was barely staying in place (at one end the mounting bracket appeared to have pulled out of the wall altogether).

The price was right for us.

There was a problem with the lights in the bathroom - something about the timer and heat lamp - we did not know how to operate it and the staff took care of it. The hotel no longer offers a continental breakfast - only coffee in the labby at 6:30 am. The room was hard to heat and stay warm.

Well situated for nature photography at Bosque del Apache. Comfortable and quiet.

Shower heads were somewhat plugged up, causing extreme pressure out of the ones that worked. Very good hot water but a little dangerous at high pressure.
