The elevator was right across the hall from our room and the pool stayed open till midnight

The bed was hard as a board and the pillows went flat as soon as you laid your head on them. I was also charged 50.00 dollars more then what I was quoted on booking.com that was after the tax was added in. When I questioned it, I was told it's because they have to charge more to make up the difference from the booking site. I didn't understand but whatever.

The carpet in our room was so dirty that I refused to let anyone walk on it without shoes on. The dresser was missing a handle, the curtains were super thin and let in a ton of light, the mirrors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. The door to the poor had broken glass and the pool area looked drab and less than clean. The bedding was thin and had a few greasy looking stains. I honestly felt gross staying there. I would NEVER stay again. There was no one at the counter for check in- just a phone you had to pick up. A woman answered after several rings and acted like she wasn’t sure why I’d be calling, but a nice gentleman came within a minute or two to check us in. The staff was the only redeeming quality. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area- go to one of them.

Customer Service from the staff was phenomenal.

I liked absolutely nothing

The man at the front desk tried to double charge me for my room. I tried showing him that the room was paid for. I asked to speak to the manager and he lied and said he would text him. But once the police got involved he declined. I was nothing but nice and respectable until he wanted to show out in front of the officer so I had to show him my true colors. I had a bad experience and had to get my money back a different way. By reaching out to booking.com of course. That place is very shiesty and do not recommend. Also when he asked if I could call my bank, even the customer service lady said she don’t understand why he’s saying he didn’t get his money. Terrible place. Do not recommend.

Breakfast items at 6:15 am were already lukewarm and chewy.

Nice clean room, very quite! Staff were friendly and very helpful.
