"Nice location but it seems maintenance is falling behind"

Excellent location

Our reservation was for 4 and the room was set up for 2. When requesting more hand towels I was informed it was too late in the day and none would be provided; the front desk person actually scowled at me! I had asked politely Plus, only 1 small bar of soap. Baseboard under the window was loose.

"A mistake to stay here for my birthday."

The view

Check in staff was rude, there were short thick curly hairs in the tub, the room smelled really bad of dog, the cold water didn't work so only boiling hot was available, which I guess is better than only cold. While in the tub someone with a key card opened the door! Thank goodness I had the privacy lock on. I called the front desk and of course the rude gal that checked us in didn't care. DO NOT STAY HERE. The bay was great but there are other places to stay in the area and I would go to any of those.

Location!

Rooms are clean but furniture is kind of worn out/stained for the price. Made up for by clean comfy beds and an excellent location.

Loved the location! Kids can swim right there, beach so close. Food & coffee nearby was great too! The room size was great, loved the double sinks too! Clean room! Beautiful view off balcony!!!

The tv remote did not work properly, didn't realize until late at night. The balcony rail was very wobbly. The bed was not super comfortable but decent for a night or two& newer bigger pillows would be nice.

"My beach trip."

Jeff went out of his way to help me. He was helpful, polite and respectful. Wonderful location and the rooms were nice and clean. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.
