"An overpriced and overrated hotel"

This hotel is over priced because of its central location. To add insult to injury, we booked the hotel on booking.com with a price and was then charged by the hotel an additional amount for parking a bike overnight in the private car park. The rooms are outdated and in need of an overhaul. We have had far more comfortable stays in better surroundings from a 50 euro B&B hotels. I would not book to stay here again. Probably one of the worst hotels I have yet to stay in over the past 20 years of visiting France.

"Central Macon hotel with on-site parking"

Enjoyed at overnight visit to Macon, and a stay in the Hotel de Bourgogne. Hotel was easy to find, central and on-site parking was great. My room was comfortable and spacious. Covid practices are in place and all was clean and safe. Recommended for a short stay

"Nice Hotel - Shame about the parking"

Overall this was a nice and modern hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet (which was particularly valuable because our dog gets unsettled by loud noises). The hotel parking was not available because we had not booked it in advance. I was disappointed in this because we had specifically chosen this hotel because it had parking and the hotel had not told us that we'd need to reserve parking when we made our reservation. However, we found public parking nearby and we could unload and load the car in the hotel parking. The staff were a bit abrupt occasionally (no apology was made for the lack of parking for example) but were efficient. The breakfast was good.

"Nice Place; bit muddled up with COVID safe service"

Nice Hotel. Good place to stay - but a bit muddled up over their COVID procedures at Breakfast. Poor lady at breakfast did her best to serve everything to everybody based on a list completed the night before but couldn't really keep up even though it wasn't that busy. Poor receptionist had to help out leaving reception unattended.
