Quiet clean and comfortable room; restaurant bar on site; walkable to Starbucks; surprise water and snack upon check-in

Parking lot a bit rough but might be smoothed out after renovation

Stayed five nights although the hotel at some remodel to the outside front, everything about my stay was great. The room was nice and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. Although I didn’t use the pool and accompanying sauna area it looked very nice and lots of people seem to be enjoying it. Will definitely consider staying there on future visits.

The people were all so friendly, helpful and informative. The area was attractive and clean. Enjoyed the pool and exercise equipment.The room and beds were comfortable and clean. I expect we will stay here from now on when we visit the Sacramento area .

Love the size of the room very spacious. Everything was very clean. I would like to give a special shout to the staff. They are very sweet. We love Irma the sweet lady who work in the restaurant. She always take care of us

I used to stay at this property weekly for business. I have been gone for several months. Returned to the hotel and received the same great service I had in the past . In this day of employee turnover, this place still maintained the best customer service. It actually made me consider a little longer drive to stay here again. They are under construction but Shai, Julia and Veronica at the front desk help me with my room and reservations, Maria V , takes great care of my room while I am gone for the day with business. Then Mark in the evening helps me get something to eat while Irma and her coworkers help provide a great breakfast. I still stay here even after I “maxed out “ my points with IMG hotels . Because of the staff . Yes the construction is ongoing but the food and staff will help you enjoy this conveniently located hotel. Still surprised I don’t stay for 3-4 months and they pick up the hospitality like I was here yesterday.

Clean room, good bed, good staff, good air conditioning, nice restaurant / bar downstairs

considering the construction on the property overall it was a good stay
