Holiday Inn Rancho Cordova - Northeast Sacramento by IHG

Location. Clean. Staff was nice. Water was hot.

Really dated like 70’s-80’s. under construction. Renovation really needed.

Plenty of electrical outlets everywhere! Comfortable beds. Easy to use TV with plenty of good channels.

Need an extra reading light on each side of beds. Free coffee in lobby.

Comfortable, quiet, friendly check in staff, ample parking, clean, and nice bar. Complimentary coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

Good facilities inside and outside the room. Also excellent breakfast, better than most similar hotels.

Literally right off the freeway ramp, this location is within close access to many places to eat, from fast food, fast casual, and great eats of various cuisines. The in house breakfast was surprisingly good with eggs to order and generous portions. We found our room to be room, well stocked, in excellent condition with everything working well, and very clean. The room is quiet, and the service throughout was excellent, professional, and at times, enthusiastic. We felt welcome and valued as guests. All this for one of the lowest nightly room charge in the area. A big bonus for me is that I had planned on a bicycle ride along the American River Trail, a bicycle pedestrian pathway that extends from old Sacramento to Beal's Point on Folsom Lake. There's a trail head ¼ mile from the front entry. Other places I've stayed in Sacramento that delivered as much amenities also cost twice as much. This hotel delivered a lot for the price.

Second stay! I loved the customer service, had a family issue & had to leave early & the hotel made it effortless, I do no it live in the area I drive from Redding, but come to Veterans Hospital often, I will always stay here!

I was visiting relatives in Sacramento and chose this property for its proximity to my family. The hotel is under renovation, however my experience was totally positive and enjoyable. The entire staff was gracious and welcoming, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the cooked to order breakfasts in the restaurant were like sitting down at your mother's table: ample portions, all freshly prepared, nothing out of a chafing dish or microwave, served by real wait staff who were attentive and cordial. I felt like I had stepped back in time to a period when traveling was fun! Thank you very much to the Holiday Inn Rancho Cordova for making my stay so enjoyable!
