The staff was exceptionally helpful. They made sure that I had a room that met my requirements for handrails in the bathtub. They could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Not just the front desk but the people also who were cleaning the rooms and providing the amenities upon request. I really appreciate, the concern, service, and friendliness of the staff

"Very Satisfying & Pleasant"

We stayed there for 2 days during Christmas and when we arrived Cherishes Eve evening, Shy was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean and it room was very comfortable. Only downfall was breakfast on Christmas morning. The staff was very slow and after 15min of waiting we left. But the 2nd morning, Brooklyn and Irma where friendly and their service was excellent. Thank you ladies for making our stay at your hotel a wonderful experience and we will see you again on Dec 31st to bring in the new year.

"Great customer service."

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move out of my home for a few days, so Rancho Cordova’s Holiday Inn Sacramento was the next best bet. Each day I thought I would get to go home but would need to stay “just one more night.” Julia - at the front desk - was very warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. I can’t say enough about her customer service. It made all the difference! I highly recommend this location.

We were so impressed with the value! Rooms were VERY clean and spacious. The included breakfast was way better than we expected - hot and made to order. Front desk staff were also very nice and accommodating.

"Perfect for Quick Trip"

Quick overnight trip. Very friendly front desk staff and room was spacious and clean. The hotel is being renovated , but there is no active construction happening so it wasn’t an issue.

Staff was very nice, restaurant was clean and food was good

One of or rooms the heat didn't work and it was freezing . Noise upstairs was noisy up till 11pm. People above me were load and at 6am I woke up to someone throwing up every 10 min. No e of us got any sleep.
