We booked an accessible room, but were told that it was under repair when we arrived. Mr. Chandra, the manager, told us he had no more accessible rooms. We told him we'd have to find another hotel with accessible accommodations, & he told us he would be sure to have a refund issued, because he was unable to fulfill the reservation. However, to date, I have not received any refund either from the hotel or Booking.com. This is unacceptable!
