Good breakfast. Good location. It appeared to be the best hotel in the area!

Bathroom door would not shut (they put the door handle/latch in backwards!) They tried to refinish the tub but the new finish was peeling off. Paint drips in the sink. Etc.

Que me cancelaron la reservación y me hicieron el cargo. A mi tarjeta de crédito ya hablé con alguien y no me han devuelto mi dinero a mi tarjeta me hicieron tres cargos y solo me devolvieron dos pero me siguen haciendo un cargo por 189.19 pero ustedes me cancelaron y no se usó el hotel y aún así me cobraron la noche y por ese motivo estoy esperando b desafuero con ustedes y nunca más usaré booking y nunca lo recomendaré a nadie . Ya mandé los correos donde me canceraron la noche y aún no me han respondido ni resuelto nada o cargo que me hicieron sin haber ocupado el cuarto porque ustedes me lo canceraron

Bed was comfortable, and room clean.

Front desk staff not very friendly, and when returning to room the 2nd night, cleaning staff had removed food from refrigerator when they should not have.

Free breakfast didn’t have very good options. Two out of three employees I interacted with were very nice. The third was very unfriendly.

The only thing I liked about the property is that it was close to Pinnacles that’s it.

Rooms need to be refinished, carpets were dirty not sure even it is vacuumed, the room was smelly. It includes breakfast but it is so bad almost nothing there.

駐車場と部屋に蚊が数匹いて不快だった。バスルームと洗面台は汚いという程ではなかったが設備の古さが気になった。
