I had a very poor experience at this property and believe it should be reconsidered for continued listing. • Rude & Unprofessional Staff: Staff were consistently unfriendly and dismissive. When I reported that the AC did not work (during temperatures in the 90s), the response was rude rather than helpful. At check-out, a staff member entered my room without notice at 11:45 AM, speaking in a hostile and aggressive tone, demanding that I leave immediately. There had been no clear communication of an earlier than standard check-out time at booking, during check-in, or via any reminder. A simple, friendly notice would have prevented this situation. • Unsafe & Unsanitary Pool: The pool appeared filthy and unsafe, with debris, stains, and insects floating in the water. In its current state, it looks like a potential health hazard that should be inspected by local public health authorities. • Poor Communication: At no point did staff make an effort to check in on the guest experience, nor was there any proactive communication about policies or issues. Overall, the combination of hostile staff behavior, lack of working AC, and unsanitary facilities made this stay unacceptable. This property reflects very poorly on the HotelTonight platform, and I recommend it be reviewed or removed from your listings. ⸻

Property is clean and can’t complain compare to nearby Inns. We stay here yearly during bike rides and cleanliness is something consistent with this place.

très basique ,trop cher pour ce que c'est

Manque d'amabilité total. Autant à la réception le soir qu'au petit déjeuner. Terminer à 9h30 le petit déjeuner est une chose, arrêter tous les appareils et fermer le réfrigérateur à clé est très désagréable. La liste des prix affichée en chambre pour tout objet de la serviette à la machine à café donne l'impression que le client doit être considéré comme criminel. Vraiment pas agréable.

Il personale è stato maleducato, arrogante e scortese, inoltte, ho avuto un problema con la connessione wifi e mi ha semplicemente mostrato un cartoncino con un numero di assistenza, no comment. Avevamo la colazione, siamo entrati e usciti immediatamente, non c'era quasi nulla e quello che c'era era di bassissima qualità
