The bathtub needs to be refinished. All scratched up. The pool was not very clean. No jacuzzi.

There was a young man who attended me, his customer service was amazing informing me with events going on will be back again

I drove far and asked for a later check out and they told me 11:20 am

The bad first impression made by the unfriendly staff had an impact on how I overall judge the accommodation. My visit started off negatively, and thus my opinion became difficult to change even when I saw that the OLD facility had a reasonable level of cleanliness.

Fiz a reserva e simplesmente não houve a estadia, apesar de ter no booking disponivel, disseram que o não haviam quartos, tudo mentira, pois dobraram o preço do quarto e não quiseram nos hospedar pela nossa reserva, achei muito mal carater.
