We've been in the construction business for over 25 years and have stayed at 100's of motels/hotels and have never had an issue. The issues were not with the rooms or cleanliness (I mean its not 5 star but not 0 star) it was with the billing. We always do weekly rates as we always stay over 2 weeks per jobsite and have never had such a problem as we did with this hotel. Very unorganized and seems that they do not communicate well amongst themselves. Yall need to get it together! Other than that it was an ok stay not bad, not great!

Price

Floor in room was wet. Handle in tub was stripped. Light in vanity did not work. Cable was out all night.. No plugs by bed. Wish I could get my money back....

I had no hot water …and I called front desk ,they said I can use hot water in another room but it was also cold.When I asked for at least half my money back they said NO because I had a place to sleep..very inconvenient because I got there at 12 midnight and left before 6am and they didn’t care to accommodate me..
