Everything was comfortable and clean

Couldn't get our TV to work

room was dirty bathroom was dirty tub has rust and pieces missing off of drain! tv did not have reception for cable

My first room wasn’t clean— I mean bed unmade and trash. When I got a new room it smelled and had several different insects. I’m also pretty sure I had a mouse in there because something else was moving around all night. I still can’t believe I stayed…

I have stayed here before, hotel staff was friendly, this an older motel but the room i was in is in very good condition, and every thing worked, the lady saw that was on a motorcycle and got Me a ground floor room so I could park right out side My room, if I find Myself in this area again I would book this hotel again.

It was much better condition of stay at same hotel compare with last stayed in Jan.2025. Nest time I want to take room 102

I have booked thru Hotel.com but they do not have my reservation and booking again at there in front of desk.

Clean room. Griendly staff

The bed, AC and shower. I especially liked the person behind the counter snd the manager. They both are very enthusiastic and both states that they are under new management and looking to make the place better.

I would recommend that some maintenance and a little cosmetic upgrades. For example, the electronic door would intermittently operate correctly, the recessed light in the bathroom os missing the trim, the vent fan in the bathroom does not work, the TV was not set up correctly which I had to reconfigure the cables to get the TV the work, very limited TV channels, the grounds outside (people smoke and throw the cig. butts on the ground(should have smoke containers) and the stucko on the outer ceiling is peeling. To be frank, I was not expecting the Ritz for the price I paid.

Front desk staff were great. The lights in the room were haunted though and blinked on and off regularly

Stay anywhere else. Not the staff's fault at all. They were excellent.
