great location off the motorway, comfy bed, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Rebecca on reception. Really good value for money will use this hotel again if in the area.

This hotel was conveniently located for visiting family. It is basic but clean and the duck legs with pommes frites were very good. Good breakfast with excellent hot drinks machine.

This was an overnight stop on our way home from Brittany. It is a typical Ibis - clean, comfortable and efficient. It is outside Falaise and no choice of places to eat apart from the hotel restaurant, but the surroundings are open and quiet. There is a large supermarket just across the road.

I travel all over France with my work, this has been one of the best all round hotels I have stayed in. I took a gamble on others reviews as there was limited choice near my place of work which was an hours drive, I am so glad I have found this hotel as I will be using it again. The free wifi worked very well and the rooms were a reasonable comfortable size. good choice of breakfast and the evening restaurant food was very good. Restaurant was not open when I arrived on a Sunday but there is a McDonalds just up the road from the Hotel.

Staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Convenient place to stay for ease of getting to car ferry at Caen, which is why we chose it. but a bit far from town (walking) centre and no easy alternative to eating at the hotel, as there were few restaurants to choose from in Falaise itself. Enjoyable stay and reasonable value for money.

VERY ENJOYABLE STAY. ANY IMPROVEMENTS WOULD INCLUDE A WELCOME TRAY FOR MAKING TEA OR COFFEE DURING THE STAY.ALSO IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND IN THE DARK-WE WERE WELL ON OUR WAY TO ARGENTAN BEFORE WE REALISED WE WERE ON THE WRONG ROAD.-ON THE RETURN JOURNEY WE WANTED TO BOOK IN AT ALENCON BUT COULD NOT FIND IT! BETTER DIRECTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

The staff was excellent but the beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable. There were very little English speaking assistance or information in English for an area of the world that has many English speaking people. Our families fought for this area, and many died here! Surely an English paper or English speaking member of staff is not asking a lot. Someone to give directions at least.
