The room was very dirty and stinky. After we complained, they gave us a nice room that was cleaner with a nice view from 13th floor. Staff does not speak English.

Location is pretty close to palace of fine arts

No A.C There is a construction there Adult bar nearby Bathroom looked horrible The water from the sink were dirty Dirty floor, saw a cocrouche It was dirty mainly for poor and local people.
