The location is the best at the park edge. Room was good good size. Resort surrounding was also nice. Dinner and breakfast was variety and tasty. Staff was friendly. Game drives in the package was the highlight.

We requested the rooms closed together but we got the rooms in different building. The water leak from the tap so we had to move to different room on the 2nd night. The new one was no problem.

The property was located right next to a Pilanesberg Park gate so was ideally located for entry into and out of the park. We stayed in the hotel. Each nights stay included a game drive into the park on one of their game vehicles. Essential as the park roads were full of potholes so unless you had a 4x4 vehicle I wouldn’t recommend doing a self drive through the park to view the animals. The stay included half board and the buffet breakfasts & dinners were amazing. Great choice of foods, which were continually refreshed. Great alfresco dining on an outdoor patio with a view of a waterhole within the Pilanesberg Park. It was lovely to take a leisurely breakfast and watch the game animals pass through. On the last evening we were treated to a herd of elephant that came to feed right at the boundary fence. Magical! The property also has a lovely pool area with loungers and pool bar. Other facilities include a children’s playground, 2 tennis courts and a spa. Great place to stay for families. We also did a walking safari within the park with one of their rangers, which was unforgettable. Their rangers have great knowledge and love for the animals.

The only negatives to our stay were some of the breakfast serving staff weren’t very efficient or friendly. The pudding selection wasn’t as good as the rest of the buffet.

The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and the facilities are good.

No gowns or slippers provided, for the price we paid this should be. A few of the staff members were not in the best of moods.

Very good breakfast and dinner buffet and excellent BOMA dinner. Game drive (Driver Chuchu was very impressive) on time and amazing.
