Everything exceeded my upmarket expectations. And the value for money was incredible with included game drive, dinner and breakfast, for a stunning room, awesome game park outlook, and lovely pool area.

I honestly found nothing that could be improved.

"Blattes et nourritures avariées!!!"

Le cadre, l'emplacement, et en partie la chambre

Le personnel qui a l'air fatigué et usé, pas de sourire, pas l'envie de travailler, l'organisation des safaris très stricte limite militaire, le restaurant, la nourriture fade et organisation type cantine, avec des produits pas très frais, la chambre avec problème de blattes et fenêtre en haut se fermant donnant accès aux moustiques, nous avons demandé un remboursement car nous n'avons rien dormi de la nuit avec ma femme malade et les blattes se baladant dans la chambre, ils ont refusé de nous rembourser la nuit perdue voire même faire un geste

Ótimos Safari incluso, os motoristas atenciosos, conseguimos avistar muitos animais. O café da manhã muito bom.

O hotel é bem confortável, mas precisa de algumas manutenções, pegamos um dia de chuva e havia goteiras no nosso quarto.
