Hotel Cannes Montfleury

The lady on reception when I got there wasn’t very good. Told me she spoke English - wasn’t very good. Very confusing Parking scheme. I stayed for 2 nights got back on Day 2 and my card didn’t work - went to reception again they told me I was in a completely different room !! The electric’s in my room were dangerous- flicked on and off all night and often hissed !! The room was also pretty noisy - with A/C and everything off and closed.

Feels like the property has given up. A lot was closed off and the rooms were pretty gross needing new carpet.

The front desk staff is very welcoming.

Room was nice sized with a great balcony view of the pool and the coast. Not a far walk to the downtown area with all of the restaurants. Kids were a little uncomfy on the pullout beds they had though.

Hotel was very tired, pool area wasn’t clean lots of weeds needed good clean, Reception staff was rather rood one day they didn’t leave any towels in are room so went to reception and asked politely could we have some towels and the lady just said yes I will get some sent to you but you will have to wait no apology waited half n hour no towels had to go back to reception and ask again I was told just WAIT in the end got towels from the pool very poor and disappointed overall.

Nothing - advertised as 4 star but was a 2- 3 at best

Ok hotel, very small rooms, nothing special. Just spent the night, slept and left. Need renewal.

Staff were very friendly, parking easy, breakfast good. Good value for money but the rooms are in need of renovation, eg the balcony door didn't close properly, no plugs by the bed. Also missing a couple of simple essentials like a toilet brush and do not disturb sign (cleaning lady unintentionally woke a sleeping baby).

Location and staff were good. However the hotel is really really old. Rooms and hallways are from the 50s, smelly and looked dirty (they were not but just the look wasn't pleasant). Long chairs at the pool didn't adjust so were very uncomfortable. This hotel is supposed to be a 4-star hotel but it is definitely not. I wouldn't stay there again

Good and quiet location just behind the busy center with Rue d' Antibes. Cheap alternative to other 4 star hotels. Stayed at the hotel summer 21 during Covid-19. Pool was dirty, only 50 % was wearing mandatory masks, no hand sanitizer at the elevators, breakfast was crowded with no extra precautions. Rooms was old and outdated, the cleaning overall was 2 out of 5. Balconys and hotel corridors was dirty. Maybe they were not really ready to reopen after the closure!
