Cuando entraron a hacer limpieza nos dejaron las toallas húmedas y tiradas en el cuarto, tuvimos que solicitar nuevas, la tina del baño se tapó, lo reportamos y no tenían personal para atender el tema, no nos podíamos bañar, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, esto sin ayuda con el equipaje, fue incomodo

Beautiful property, well maintained, staff was having a very hard time because the staff was very barren! The computers were down, wasn’t able to check into room in a timely manner, there was no one to help with bags, BW needs to hire more staff!

"Although not perfect, more pluses than negatives"

Lovely setting of multiple buildings overlooking Old Town & greater San Diego. It does need a serious refresh of the rooms, woodwork worn, dresser from the 70’s, closet doors rattle & the bathroom, although clean needs a lot of attention: I would suggest making 2/3 of the baths walk in showers with simple tile. Staff friendly, attractive & professional. Plenty of parking & you can walk everywhere in Old Town.
