"I was with an 88 yr old disabled woman, we had just finished a 6 hr flight from Kauai to San Diego. Worst experience wit"

Old town sounded nice with a restaurant on site serving til 9. But restaurant closed at 7:45pm and nothing else open within walking distance.

Poor maintenance scheduling. Our room was ok until 4am when smoke detector went off repeatedly til 4:57 when staff came with a chair to climb up (no ladder available at night) to knock the detector off the wall.

"Amazing hotel!"

This was a wonderful hotel! The location was unbeatable… Right in the area of old town, which has loads of restaurants, shops, and activities. The hotel restaurant was excellent and had one of the best hotel buffets ever! We enjoyed several meals overlooking the city and watching the sunset. Staff was incredibly attentive and delightful. Large rooms, great amenities and a beautiful setting! Highly recommend.
