location very close to Old town main attactions, great variety of breakfast items.

This is not the first time we stayed here, this time cleanliness was an issue, there was not toilet paper and when I called they too about an hour to deliver it eventhought I told them I really needed it, the bathroom floor was very sticky and nasty we had to wear sandals to walk in the bathroom, there were several trashcans in the room none with bags, the bed need to be upgrade its very uncomfortable ( old some areas soft some hard).

Very good location within walking distance to Old Town San Diego, restaurants and shops.

Very spread out requiring driving from the desk to our room. Staff was indifferent during check in. Arrived at 4:10 pm and the room wasn’t ready. Staff couldn’t give me a timeframe when it would be available ( minutes/hours?), but would call me. I asked about changing my clothes due to an event, and they couldn’t offer suggestions. At 7 pm, still no call. I called the desk and said the room was ready, but couldn’t tell me why I wasn’t called.
