"It was close to the hospital, but with what we now know we will probably stay somewhere else."

Breakfast and location

My credit card was billed for 3 different charges - $300 more than Booking.com - I'm hoping it will get reversed but the staff was not that informative. Bed was hard, pillows were terrible, 2 TV's with 1 remote.

The included breakfast was excellent!

My room was extremely loud at night because it was right next to a very busy road. Loved everything else about the hotel however! But it would have been a painful experience if I did not bring ear plugs with me.

The hotel is great and the people are friendly. But the road to the hotel, Saddle Creek, flooded and I could not return to the hotel in the middle of a storm. I eventually figured out how to come around on another street, but it was a scary experience.

"Great for what we needed"

It’s close to UNMC, beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly.

Pay for parking, breakfast was not worth eating. Water pressure in the shower was terrible.

one lamp the bulb was burnt out and also the light under the microwave was burnt out..we did not have a ice bucket and asked at the desk and one was brought to our room so that was nice....

The rooms were large. It would accommodate a family nicely. I really liked the parking garage for off street parking and security.

There were often men loitering in the parking garage at night and it made me nervous. Some of the guests were rather inconsiderate but, that's not the hotel's fault.
