Everything was wonderful.. Breakfast was 10/10. I just had wished room service Would’ve gone to empty our trash and take new towels for our 3 night stay.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is difficult to navigate. We parked in their garage, but am not sure where we would have parked had the garage been full. Breakfast on Saturday morning was lacking, by 7:30 when we went down many things were already gone or almost gone.

"The desk staff is the worst"

The only positive thing is its pool

I booked this hotel through Booking. Everything was going well until I checked out. The desk staff informed me that the payment hadn't been processed and that I would have to pay again, which is a complete lie. I booked and paid from the beginning. They threatened to call the police and that I would have to go to court. Which seems to me a totally bad way to solve a problem. They could have given me another solution instead of threatening me like that. But as a traveler who always uses this app, I truly hope you don't go to this hotel. I'm waiting for Booking customer service to resolve this unpleasant experience.

Nice and fairly new hotel. Room is clean and the hotel is located on a quiet street and is about 10- minute drive to the Old Market district. I am grateful that the staff recommended local’s favorite restaurants such as Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Brother Sebastian Steak House.
