Great hotel and location

Shame about having to pay to park , especially when all written leaflet in room said parking was free on a weekend !

"Clean hotel no help at all from anyone"

Clean

We reported our air con had broken at 10pm and waited 2 hours no one came as suggested on the chat We couldn’t breathe in the room we requested maintenance again but no one came to help with the situation

"Disappointing and poor ☹️"

Location

Air con wasn’t working in first room on a scorching day, and we only had 1 towel although the booking was for 2. Let us move to a different room where the air con was supposed to be working but wasn’t. Were given a fan, thank goodness, but the noise from the units or whatever they were outside our room was unbearable, even with the windows shut. We did not get any sleep at all.

IONITY charging on site was the main reason for choosing the hotel as part of overnight on long journey. Good value, comfortable and clean

Quality of coffee out of machine for breakfast was terrible. Cost of breakfast too high if you just want a coffee and pastry. Starbucks coffee option is not good quality coffee.
