Room could do with some tlc

Breakfast was buffet style but everything was cold, we also order poached eggs, that did not appear. Staff seamed not interested.

At reception there was a member of staff getting us to fill our details on a screen as she stood there instead of welcoming us to the hotel and quickly checking us in. We even had to activate or room keys, that is not customer service that is laziness. Our room was 203 right next to ventilation systems outside which ran 24 hrs

staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. On the whole, we were very happy for the price we paid. The room itself was very large and spacious and had a very modern style to it

Bed was quite squeaky each time we moved

Its location, easy to walk into Warrington town centre.

The hotel was quite run-down. I’d describe it as ok… but clearly it gets a lot of traffic and I don’t think maintenance and decor keeps up.

Good location. Nice room with comfortable beds.

Very central to the centre of town. The staff are all lovely, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Added bonus that the carpark is free all weekend.

Jacuzzi was not working, which was disappointing
