"Don’t buy a restaurant voucher."

At check in I was asked if I wanted to buy a restaurant voucher which gave me an enhanced credit in the restaurant. When checking out I noticed that I had paid the full restaurant bill plus the voucher. The receptionist said it was clearly a mistake but he needed to speak to the manager before he could refund my credit card. He promised to call me back later in the day to confirm. Obviously I heard nothing and they still have my money.

"Very disappointing"

Not a lot

Very noisy no real reception so waiting around as booking not immediately found The car park was chargeable but not on the booking. Room had to be changed 3 times due to malfunction of air conditioning. Shower dreadful unless you used the raindrop overhead shower.
